Job summary

Titan is hiring a senior AI Engineer to own production AI workflows used by banking teams. You will design agent orchestration across multi-step tasks, implement RAG pipelines, and integrate LLMs with secure APIs and knowledge bases.

You will work with LangChain, vector databases, and observability tools to ensure reliable, auditable AI outputs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on fintech-facing products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years shipping production AI/RAG systems.
• Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Proficient with embedding models, vector DBs, hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own production AI workflows across agent orchestration and retrieval pipelines.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and LLM integration layers for auditable inference.
• Develop backend services and APIs with bank-grade uptime considerations.
• Implement evaluation, regression tests, and observability for AI outputs.
