Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Production Administrator to support the division office. You will coordinate with project management and division leadership while ensuring accurate invoicing, scheduling, and vendor coordination to keep new construction on track.

Your role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in homebuilding is a plus and growth opportunities are highlighted by NVR’s culture.

Qualifications

You will coordinate between various members of our division team and be a true asset to help keep the wheels of "new construction homebuilding" running smoothly.
