Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production team member to help produce granolas, mueslis, trail mixes, and cereals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Greenfield, MA. On-the-job training is provided, and you will learn all aspects of the production process.

You will work on wet and dry lines, prepare and package products to company standards, and help keep the workspace clean and safe. English and Spanish speakers are welcome to apply, and no advanced experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience on wet or dry production lines.
• Ability to prepare, assemble, and package food products to standards.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speakers welcome.

Responsibilities for the Production

• Work on wet and/or dry production lines.
• Prepare, assemble, and package food products according to company standards.
• The Production Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and food safety requirements.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements for the Production

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently use hands to handle products and equipment.
• Reach, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a food production environment.
• English and Spanish speakers are welcome to apply.

Compensation/Benefits for the Production

Salary: $17.75
