Job summary

Mother Nature's Goodies is seeking a dependable Production Team Member in Yucaipa, CA to join our employee-owned food-manufacturing team. This full-time role offers starting pay of $17.50 per hour and opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to safe, high-quality products.

You will work across production areas, follow procedures, help maintain clean and organized workspaces, and support continuous improvement while upholding food safety standards.

What You'll Do

Production Team Members work together to safely and efficiently produce and package our products. Team members are cross-trained and may work in different areas of production based on the needs of the operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing general food production and packaging activities

Physical Demands of the Position

This is an active food-production position. Team members must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required to perform production duties




• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday




• Perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements




• Safely handle production materials, equipment, pans, racks, and finished products




• Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment




• Work around ovens and in areas where temperatures may be elevated
