Job summary

Bell and Evans is seeking team members to join its poultry production operation. The company emphasizes safety, quality and efficiency, and invites applicants who are 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States. Prior poultry production or food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Candidates should be able to work in hot, cold, wet and noisy environments, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 pounds. Flexibility to move between departments and follow policies is required.

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete checklists.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience (Due to the high volume of applicants, only those who meet the minimum qualifications will be selected for interviews):

• Strong work history, demonstrated ability to dedicate to a job
• Previous poultry production experience OR previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 6-12 months of work history required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
