Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a production worker for the weekend shift (8am - 12am, Saturday and Sunday) in Kentucky. The role focuses on operating and maintaining production machinery, handling materials, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend Shift 8am - 12am Saturday and Sunday

• Production Operations:
  • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Load, unload, and move materials and products using appropriate equipment.
  • Follow production schedules and targets to meet production goals.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect products for defects or non-conformances during the production process.
  • Follow quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality.
  • Document and report any quality issues or defects.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Other Duties:
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
