Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as jackhammers, forklifts, and bobcats.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Cut and install wood block outs as needed.
• Set up casting equipment for bands and finishes.
• Accurately place concrete on casting beds according to piece drawings.
• Monitor and adjust bed heating systems via computer.
• Lay out casting beds using detailed blueprints.
• Set forms, steel plates, and other materials to production specifications.
• Wash and finish exposed aggregate surfaces.
• Correctly dunnage and store finished products in the yard.
• Grind panel ends and clean bed pallets.
• Clean and oil side forms and chamfer edges.
• Safely attach clamp/hook-ups to concrete panels.
• Proactively identify and report any quality or finish issues.
• Follow safety procedures and support first-time quality and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Assembly / Production Line Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly/Production Line Worker to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality concrete products, including wall panels, highway barriers, columns, and sound walls. This hands‑on position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and production goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment such as jackhammers, forklifts, and bobcats

Work Environment:
