Job summary

ResourceMFG in Utah’s Sandy area is hiring a Production/Equipment Operator 1 to assemble medical devices in a clean room, following instructions and work orders. You will set up materials, verify quality, and complete required paperwork, maintaining a safe, organized workspace with strong attention to detail.

The position emphasizes teamwork and reliably performing shift work on a Monday-Thursday 6am–4:40pm schedule, plus Friday–Sunday 6am–6:30pm, with a pay range of $19–$21 per hour.

• Set up and verify materials at the start of the day and between jobs.
• Follow quality and safety procedures and complete required paperwork.
• Clean and organize workstations before and between work orders.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Arrive on time and work the full scheduled shift.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

• Work is mainly done while seated, with some walking required.
• Assemble small parts and complete detailed tasks.
• Use hand tools such as pliers and cutters.
• Perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
• Use microscopes or magnification equipment for inspections.
• Inspect products for defects, with or without corrective lenses.
• Occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Work under standard overhead lighting.
• Stay focused and maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
