Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing aluminum products, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift - Fab Assistant

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range: $16.75

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Pack aluminum pieces according to shipping and quality requirements
• Assist the saw operator with production tasks as needed
• Support general production operations and line workflow
• Perform quality checks on products before packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
