Job summary

Porch Conversions hand-builds custom 4-track windows and doors to transform outdoor spaces into 3-season rooms. The production team creates 40–60 units daily, with peak season demand reaching 80–100 units, using various hand tools, punches and drills.

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, work Monday–Thursday 6:30am–4:30pm, and read and measure with precision up to 1/32 inch while maintaining accurate production logs and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend and twist at a station for extended periods.
• Able to read, write, and use measuring tools with attention to detail up to 1/32”
• Able to reach daily quotas indicated for certification and specialization pay rates.

Responsibilities

• Produce 40-60 completed units per day (80-100 in peak) using hand tools, punches, drills and other small tools.
• Maintain production logs with accurate records.
• Work Monday through Thursday, 6:30am–4:30pm; uphold safety standards and teamwork.

At Porch Conversions, we hand build custom 4-track windows and doors that transform outdoor spaces into 3-season rooms. Each order is tailor made to fit into any area. Our customers are looking to transform their existing deck, patio, or porch into a relaxing getaway.
