Action1 is seeking a Product & Web Designer to shape the user experience of its SaaS platform and streamline complex IT workflows. You will design product interfaces, improve usability, and build consistent design patterns with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn requirements into practical, well‑designed solutions.

This hands‑on role emphasizes practical solutions, user‑centered thinking, and collaboration.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience for SaaS or web apps.
• Strong UI/UX skills including interaction design, flows, IA, and visual design.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows.
• Experience with B2B SaaS dashboards or admin interfaces.
• User research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of responsive design and WCAG principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend constraints.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure or endpoint management products.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design work with problem–approach–solution stories.

We are looking for a Product & Web Designer to shape the user experience of Action1's SaaS platform and help make complex IT management workflows simple, intuitive, and efficient. Your primary focus will be designing product interfaces, improving usability, and building consistent design patterns across our platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn product requirements and user needs into practical, well-designed solutions. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. We value designers who think beyond visual appearance, understand how users interact with software, and are comfortable proposing solutions rather than simply following instructions. Alongside product design, you may occasionally support web, HR, and marketing initiatives with visual design work.

Strong UI/UX skills, including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and visual design. Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools and solutions to accelerate workflows, explore ideas, and improve design outcomes. Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or administrative interfaces. Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and WCAG principles. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint management products. Please include a portfolio demonstrating your product design work. We especially value examples showing the problem, your design approach, and the final solution.
