Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing Product Development and Innovation of IPG-led brands to optimize growth and brand strategy. The Product Development Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for the strategic intent, development, and implementation of new products and enhancements. Responsibilities include finalizing benefits and plan designs, leading research and implementation of solutions for smooth product operations, conducting competitive analysis, customer research, and identifying or developing product needs.

The Product Development Manager must champion end-to-end thinking, supporting customer needs, business opportunities, and other tasks/projects as assigned in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Technology teams to make tactical decisions about product functionality.
2. Manage projects involving a single development team.
3. Propose and oversee demand for application work.
4. Manage projects through all phases and milestones.
5. Oversee product features and capabilities for business solutions.
6. Conduct market and competitor analysis.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, an Associate’s degree in a technical field, or relevant certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop strategic growth plans.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through improved user experiences.
• Experience building roadmaps and designing new features.
• Ability to define and execute product strategies.
• Provide recommendations on long-term operating decisions regarding product development and distribution strategies.

• Implement strategic goals.
• Manage large, complex projects of strategic importance, often involving cross-functional teams.
