Hunter Industries is hiring a Product Training Coordinator to support Hunter University's training programs. You will coordinate training projects, manage learning assets, and assist with online and instructor-led course deployments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, strong organization, and proficiency with LMS tools (SCORM, Storyline, Wrike). Based in California, with onsite responsibilities and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, Project Management or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience supporting training, education, or learning administration.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Product Training operations, schedules and deliverables.
• Support Hunter University administration by creating course shells and publishing content.
• Manage digital learning assets and course resources per standards.
• Coordinate online course launches, QA testing, approvals, and publishing.
• Generate routine reports on completions, enrollments, and learner activity.
• Provide training registration and LMS support, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate instructor-led training logistics including travel and rooms.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists and course inventories; seek efficiency gains.
