Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience developing production‑ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft‑goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on design position that combines creative development with technical execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.
