Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
  • Experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, soldering and debugging skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional and technical training
  • Support development and implementation of strategies for product lines focusing on profitability, cost reduction, and yield enhancement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational aspects related to assigned product portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing and design for problem solving and process improvements
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders at fabrication and assembly sites to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Gain exposure to product, test, and validation engineering through formal learning and on-the-job development experiences
