• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and runs testing requested by external and internal customers.
• Maintains, diagnoses, and repairs test equipment including thermal chambers, ovens, and circulators.
• Estimates costs including labor hours, test hours, and fixture costs for testing.
• Writes technical reports with test results, procedures, and calculations.
• Collaborates with design engineering to build custom test equipment when needed.
• Identifies opportunities for testing improvements through evaluation of current practices.
• Coordinates testing activities with the divisional team and customers as needed.
• Creates and maintains well-documented test procedures and results files per design control procedures.
• Maintains adherence to safety and environmental policies.
