The Role:

• Develop test and characterization plans in collaboration with design teams for new semiconductor products
• Support production test development including hardware/software, limit setting, and data analysis
• Build and debug bench setups, automate testing using Python, and correlate bench and ATE results
• Support product qualification including high‑reliability and space‑grade validation and radiation testing
• Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous test methodology enhancements

The Candidate:

• Product/Test Engineer
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in data analysis using industry‑standard tools
• Understanding of Cpk (Process Capability) and statistical process control principles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
