We are seeking a Product Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive handbooks and assisting in the product development cycle as well as business development tasks for Metso's key machines, including horizontal grinding mills, stirred mills, rotary kilns, railcar dumpers, and other similar products. You will report to the Director, Growth & Innovation.
This position is mainly located in York, PA, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. The role includes 15% travel.
You will join a team of product technicians dedicated to identifying and prioritizing products to be documented based on market demand and product complexity.
We work closely with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Our team collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as engineering and production departments, as well as external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and a steadfast commitment to quality. Team members are strategically located in York, PA.
