Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Product & Technical Communications leader to craft compelling narratives for developers and customers across our AI platforms. You will drive launches, campaigns, and high-impact storytelling that translate complex topics into clear, actionable messages.

You will own security and safety communications, collaborate with engineering and product marketing, and build strong relationships with media and influential commentators to shape market perception.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate long-term vision for human-AI interaction and what we’re building for developers and businesses.
• Shape narratives for ElevenAgents and connect capabilities to trends in the wider world.
• Lead storytelling and communications for top tier product launches in partnership with product marketing.
• Own security, privacy, and safety communications, including managing incidents as part of a cross-functional team.
• Produce superb written materials advancing our product story – keynotes, talk tracks, social posts, press releases – and product demos.
• Build the profile of our leadership with media appearances and influencer engagements.
• Nurture relationships with journalists, Substack writers, podcasters, and technical creators.
