Mercedes-Benz USA seeks a Product Technical Services Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) intern in Jacksonville, FL. You will be embedded in the Product Technical Support team, assisting engineers with fleet management, servicing vehicles, and performing root cause analysis.

You will work 28 hours per week, collaborate with dealers and MBUSA cross-functional teams, and build dashboards using Power BI while developing data-management and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program or graduated within 12 months.
• Availability from September 2026 to February 2026 (internship period).
• 28 hours maximum per week.
• Proof of proficiency (portfolio, recommendation letters, etc.).
• Automotive dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist MBUSA product technical support service engineers in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues in the Mercedes-Benz model lines sold and serviced in the US (NAFTA) market.
• Participate in component level tear down and root cause analysis.
• Interface with MBUSA business units on PTS’s behalf in conjunction with the engineers to support our dealers and products.
• PDI of new fleet vehicles.
• Maintain current test and buy back fleets.
