Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives before, during and after the sale with focus on the customer product experience.
• Demonstrate key technologies and explain benefits to customers.
• Troubleshoot customer needs or concerns with tech support.
• Assist in test-drives to explain technologies and features of vehicles to customers.
• Use technologies with demonstration software to showcase vehicle configuration.
