Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps that accomplish business objectives.
• Understand complex business problems and craft a results-oriented strategy.
• Build architectures and roadmaps, including infrastructure design.
• Create launch programs with partners to test releases.
• Conduct implementation reviews and promote features; resolve challenges.
