You will partner with product, research, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to craft messaging, support product launches, and elevate Cohere’s technical credibility across media and markets. This is a remote‑friendly, fast‑growing role with substantial cross‑functional impact.

Qualifications

• You have experience partnering with product and engineering leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
• You understand enterprise AI, machine learning, or developer ecosystems and can go deeper.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and technology communications strategies aligned with business goals and roadmap.
• Craft messaging, narratives, and materials explaining Cohere's technology to various audiences.
• Lead communications around product launches, including messaging frameworks and press materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for customers, partners, analysts, and media.
• Collaborate with corporate and marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling and momentum.
• Support thought leadership for product, research, and modeling executives.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging and audience resonance.
• Prepare crisis and issues communications in partnership with Corporate Communications.
