Responsibilities

• Prepare, file and pay federal, state, local and other jurisdictional tax returns and reports.
• Review and analyze various internal tax reports.
• Audit and examine application of product tax profiles for proper taxation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare data for internal weekly/monthly reports by division.
• Scan and image product tax documents.
• Assist in routine jurisdictional audits and data collection.
• Manage deadlines, track tax returns and report completion.
• Draft correspondence to tax jurisdictions and maintain controls.
