Job summary

Vertiv Core Engineering, Westerville OH, is seeking an Engineering Sustainability Intern to support product related sustainability initiatives. You will assist in collecting and analyzing data on bill of materials, energy usage, and emissions to help reduce the environmental footprint of Vertiv products.

This internship involves collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, documenting processes, and potentially developing AI tools to speed reporting, while gaining exposure to ISO standards

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Engineering or Sustainability related field.
• Understanding ISO 14040/14044 and EPDs is a plus.
• Familiarity with lifecycle assessment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate product sustainability data.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to promote sustainable materials and processes.
• Assist in documenting and archiving sustainability data and reports.
• Support development of tools (incl. AI) to speed product reporting.
