Job summary

ETS Staffing’s Production Support Technician role is an in-person, first-shift opportunity in Vermont. You will transfer engineering specs to manufacturing software, verify file execution on the floor, and manage ERP data entry to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Transfer engineering specifications and CAD models to manufacturing software for fabrication equipment setup
• Verify machine controllers receive and execute files correctly on the production floor
• Perform routine data entry and routing updates in the ERP system to support process accuracy
• Own the shop packet release process, ensuring production lines receive accurate job orders and technical drawings
• Assist operators with basic troubleshooting of file-related issues and communicate feedback to engineering
• Respond to urgent order requests and adjust workflow priorities as directed by operations leadership

A well-established manufacturer specializing in commercial equipment and committed to long-term employment and growth opportunities. They are seeking a Production Support Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Production Support Technician:

• Transfer engineering specifications and CAD models to manufacturing software for fabrication equipment setup
• Verify machine controllers receive and execute files correctly on the production floor

Your skills and experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in fabrication or assembly
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally for part inspection and material verification
