Job summary

Altus Engineering in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD seeks a Product Support Specialist for the JTCG/ME program and JMEM products. You will provide technical and data support, maintain databases, and coordinate information flow with government teams.

The role requires a STEM degree or 5 years of relevant experience, a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET, and experience with databases, scripting, and working with military systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, IT, Information Systems, or Business Systems with 3 years of relevant experience or 5 years in lieu of degree.
• SECRET security clearance required with ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• Experience with relational databases and database management systems.
• Basic programming or scripting experience and ability to modify code and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and data support to IPTs, maintaining and updating technical databases and repositories.
• Review data requests, coordinate collection and approval of information, and distribute data to authorized users.
• Coordinate with government personnel, technical teams, and external suppliers to resolve issues and support program requirements.
• Maintain and update product documentation, graphics, and technical publications.
• Support publication and distribution of approved materials and maintain distribution records.
