Inpro is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join the Product Management team, providing product data, custom quotes, and technical information to support sales and customer service.

You will create custom part numbers, verify dimensions, enter purchase orders, and collaborate with product managers to develop internal product information resources, ensuring accurate, timely assistance to internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to make good decisions, prioritize tasks, and follow through to completion.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and software.
• Experience with B2B products in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of commercial and healthcare design trends.

Responsibilities
