Qualifications

• Five+ years of management-level equipment service experience with P&L responsibility.
• Multi-location management preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and profitability mindset.
• Experience developing subordinates to take on higher responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field, or relevant experience; HS diploma required.
• Ability to travel regionally within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability for the branch.
• Oversee management development and succession planning.
• Lead budget and business planning activities.
• Plan fleet deployment and ensure efficient utilization; manage end-of-service disposal.
