Roland Machinery Company is seeking a results-driven professional to join our Bolingbrook, IL team as a full-time sales/support specialist. You will cultivate client relationships, deliver product guidance, and coordinate with parts, sales, and service managers to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel across the territory, a valid driver's license, and the ability to inspect heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background and self-motivation.
• Outgoing with drive to satisfy growing customer base.
• Heavy equipment or technical background is a plus.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required due to company vehicle usage.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to perform thorough machine inspections, often requiring climbing around heavy equipment.
• PSSR inspections may require working at ground level.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing service, support, information, and guidance
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Requires a close working relationship with parts, sales and service managers to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Proper coverage of territory will require extensive travel within the territory, to develop relationships with customers and provide them with a high level of product support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• DOT medical card required due to having a company provided vehicle that may be used to tow items from time to time.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to perform thorough machine inspections, which often requires climbing up, down, under and around heavy mining and construction equipment.
• Undercarriage inspections will require a PSSR to have the ability to work at ground level and perform the inspection and take measurements.
