KONE Americas is seeking a Product Support Manager for Elevator operations in Moline, IL. Lead product support activities, coordinate with AME Global Spares, Supply Line, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, and Documentation teams to ensure product availability, quality, and cost objectives.
You will manage cases, drive continuous improvements, and guide lifecycle decisions with a focus on accuracy and timely resolutions. A 4-year engineering degree or 6+ years in elevator experience is preferred.

As our Product Support Manager, Elevator you will work within the KONE Spares organization to fulfill the role of Product Support Manager for assigned products. This involves coordination with the local AME and Global Spares, Supply Line, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Documentation and new product development teams, in which the specified products will be managed with respect to product availability, quality and cost. You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience in managing product support activities, preferably within the Elevator industry to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through a 4-year technical degree, preferably in engineering or 6+ years work experience in Elevator Industry.

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $132,100 – $173,355. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
