Job summary

• Demonstrated experience with product support and sustainment planning, development or support of sustainment metrics and reporting, and coordination across technical, operational, and program teams.
• Documentation and process improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting development and execution of enterprise product support strategies; sustainment and transition planning; and logistics processes aligned with ETI objectives.
• The role supports analysis and documentation of supportability requirements, sustainment metrics, and lifecycle considerations for enterprise systems, applications, and integrated capabilities.
• Additional duties include supporting configuration and asset tracking; coordinating logistics and sustainment inputs to acquisition and integration documentation; supporting deployment, transition, and operational support activities; and tracking sustainment performance and service-level metrics.
• The Product Support / Logistics Specialist assists with data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes.
• The role works closely with program managers, systems engineers, test teams, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure ETI capabilities are supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs throughout their lifecycle.

Product Support / Logistics Support

Description of Specific duties in a typical workday for this position:

• Supporting development and execution of enterprise product support strategies; sustainment and transition planning; and logistics processes aligned with ETI objectives.
• The role supports analysis and documentation of supportability requirements, sustainment metrics, and lifecycle considerations for enterprise systems, applications, and integrated capabilities.
• Additionalduties include supporting configuration and asset tracking (where applicable); coordinatinglogisticsand sustainment inputs to acquisition and integration documentation (e.g., SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs); supporting deployment, transition, and operational support activities; and tracking sustainment performance and service-level metrics.
• The Product Support / Logistics Specialistassistswith data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes.

Position Requirements:

This is a full-time position paying a base salary of $60,000 - 65,000 and full benefits and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
