Prime Air is seeking an experienced Engineer within the Product Support Organization to drive deployment of hardware and software functionalities, investigate issues, and support a critical program across various disciplines. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, innovation within constrained design spaces, and excellent communication to build trust and align efforts across design and operations teams. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams to ensure efficient delivery and solve complex problems with straightforward solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer focus, problem-solving skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate lessons learned into requirement updates.
