Fortanix, Inc. in the United States is hiring a Product Support Engineer to deploy, implement, upgrade and optimize the Fortanix platform. The role mixes project management, troubleshooting, and strong technical skills while interfacing with customers and engineering teams.

You will handle post-sales support, document issues, and collaborate with Development, Sales, QA to ensure a positive customer experience. On-call support is required, with 24x7 availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product/support role in tech environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud-based HSM/KMS and crypto interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and web.
• Manage support cases and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Diagnose issues using root-cause analysis and reproduce customer problems.
• Collaborate with Development, Sales, QA to improve the product and documentation.
• Provide on-call support 24x7 as needed.
