Job summary

Roof Penetration Housing, Inc. is seeking a Product Coordinator to lead materials purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfillment from our San Antonio, TX facility.

You will collaborate daily with Engineering, Sales, and third-party manufacturers to ensure orders are accurate and on time. You will work in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST, with limited travel to coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics or a combination of related experience.
• 3–5 years in a Product/Purchasing/Operations coordination role.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/Inventory systems; reading manufacturing drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and products for RPH operations.
• Oversee customer order fill and truck deliveries.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct cycle counts.
• Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading.
• Coordinate with third party manufacturers to fulfill orders.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with transportation providers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and fabricators to resolve issues.
• Lead cost-reduction and production-efficiency improvements.
• Review drawings to ensure accurate fills.
