Job summary

First National Bank offers a 12-month Consumer Product Development Program Associate role designed to build foundational skills in product strategy, customer insights, and business performance within consumer banking.

You will gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle across deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking solutions, working with product managers, strategists, and leaders to design, price, launch, and optimize products for customer value and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Understand how customers interact with our products across their financial lifecycle.
• Analyze customer behavior, identify unmet needs, and support enhancements that improve engagement and retention.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements that drive stronger relationships and long-term value.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of product strategies, including design, positioning, and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Product teams on pricing, profitability, and risk analyses.
