Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Officer to join the Alpha Product organization in Boston. You will support leadership, govern product initiatives, and coordinate roadmaps while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and governance across programs.

The role provides exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to develop expertise in product strategy, governance, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant professional background.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and multi-project initiatives.
• Strong communication, planning, and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support product leadership in executing strategic priorities and plans.
• Assist with governance activities, leadership meetings, and reviews.
• Coordinate roadmaps and strategic initiatives across teams.
• Prepare executive presentations and management updates.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks for product initiatives.
• Support business planning and performance tracking efforts.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementations, Operations, Technology, Finance and others.
