You will guide product vision, own the product roadmap, and work with marketing, operations, risk, and technology to deliver scalable, user-centric offerings.

You will manage a team, develop data-driven decisions, monitor regulatory requirements, and drive ROI with clear business cases, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services product strategy or management with cross-functional exposure.
• MBA preferred and experience building scaled, market-leading products.
• Proven ability to lead product teams and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver long-term consumer, retail, and private banking product roadmaps.
• Own pricing strategy, product features, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, risk, and technology to launch products.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across offerings.
• Own product-level P&L and build business cases with ROI projections.
