Panduit is seeking a Product Management Associate to support product lifecycle activities, launches, and portfolio growth. You will partner with Product Managers, engineering, sales, and marketing to analyze opportunities and execute product strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in product management, product marketing, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle activities including launches and portfolio management.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance data.
• Coordinate inquiries and solutions across cross‑functional teams.
• Develop product collateral and sales enablement materials.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects to drive growth.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve PM processes.
