Panduit is seeking a Product Management Associate to collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management, market analysis, and new product introductions.

You will analyze customer feedback and market trends, support product launches, and help grow the portfolio while coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver compelling offerings. This role blends analytical work with collaborative execution in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business analysis, or related fields.
• Ability to understand products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in executing product lifecycle activities, including product launches, portfolio management initiatives, pricing updates, and new product introduction (NPI) projects.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive activity, and product performance data to support business recommendations and product decisions.
• Serve as a product resource for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders by researching inquiries and coordinating solutions across functional teams.
• Develop and maintain product collateral, technical documentation, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing communications.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects related to product enhancements, process improvements, and business growth initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and product positioning strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage automation and AI tools, and enhance the effectiveness of product management activities.

The Product Management Associate (PMA) partners with Product Managers to support the development, execution, and growth of assigned product portfolios. This role serves as a key resource for customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders while contributing to product lifecycle management, market analysis, and new product introduction initiatives. Working closely with product management, engineering, customer experience, sales, and marketing teams, the PMA helps execute product strategies, analyze business opportunities, and support successful product launches and portfolio growth.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline strongly preferred.
• Experience: Preferred 2-4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business analysis, technical sales, engineering, or a related field. Candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong aptitude and business acumen are encouraged to apply.
• Business & Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand products, customer needs, and market dynamics while translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Analytical & Project Management Skills: Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
