Job summary

ISNetworld offers a 10-week internship program designed for university students to apply their undergraduate skills in Customer Service and Product Development. Interns will work on projects within the Product Strategy area, participating in the fullSoftware Development Life Cycle and presenting outcomes to leadership at program end.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor's degree in MIS or related business field from an accredited university.
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and complete assigned project(s).
• Collect customer ideas and internal change requests for ISNetworld on the assigned products that align with ISN's business strategy that allow for future advancement and expansion of usage.
• Attend and/or participate in Scrum ceremonies for assigned team(s).
• Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.
• Plan for feature releases and communicate across the company.
• Support the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks and responsibilities.
• Liaise with Product Owners to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories and identify/capture ROI for projects.
• Research and prepare reports/presentations for assigned projects.
• Deliver final presentation to Management and Supervisors.
