Job summary

Icon Protection is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Paint, Dust Containment and Sundries to help research, design, and market products that satisfy end-user needs and drive profitable growth.

Working with the Senior Product Manager, you will manage product lifecycles across brands, contribute to pricing and promotional strategies, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to implement go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business-related field is required or preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze markets and data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing a comprehensive product strategy for paint, dust containment and sundries.
• Help manage the lifecycle of the product line, including new product development and pricing strategies.
• Report product data and profits/losses within the portfolio to support decision making.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop strategic product presentations and go-to-market plans.
