Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Coda Search is partnering with a leading multi-billion-dollar asset management firm that is actively expanding its Product Strategy team to support continued growth across the alternatives platform. The team plays a critical role in shaping investment product development, positioning, and lifecycle management across a broad range of strategies.

This is a high-impact, strategic role for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of investments, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help drive the next phase of product innovation and competitive positioning in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, and launch of new alternative investment products and vehicles, including market research, business case creation, and implementation planning.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and enhancements to existing offerings in line with client needs and firm strategy.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to assess positioning, performance trends, and emerging white space opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis around various products and summarize findings for senior leadership
• Partner closely with teams across investments, distribution, legal, marketing, and operations to align and execute on product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline;
• 4+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or product strategy roles with exposure to alternatives.
• Strong understanding of investment markets and alternative strategies, including private equity, credit, real assets, or hedge funds.
• Proven ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and drive actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft tailored messaging for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
