Job summary

Google seeks a Product and Business Strategy Leader to unite teams across functions, helping products scale and execute efficiently. You will drive strategic decisions for Google Cloud, working with PMs, engineers, and leadership to shape future growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Billing to deliver high-impact initiatives and cross-functional alignment within Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and product strategy for the AI2 domains with product and engineering leadership to guide the long-term Google Cloud strategy.
• Identify process issues and design scalable solutions across the organization, focusing on product launch and SKU management workflows.
• Collaborate across Google Cloud (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Billing, etc.) to advance AI2 initiatives.

• Drive business and product strategy for the various domains within AI2 working with product and engineering leadership and enable the product and engineering leadership to make sound long-term product strategy decisions to meet the needs of Google Cloud platform (GCP).
• Surface issues within current processes and systems, design scalable solutions to address them, and partner cross-functionally to implement these upgrades across the broader organization with focus in product launch and regional expansion billing and stock keeping unit (SKU) management workflows.
• Work cross-functionally across Google Cloud including Sales, Marketing, GTM, Finance, Billing, Business Programs, and others to drive key strategic AI2 initiatives forward.
