Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) invites applications for a Product Strategy Analyst to help define roadmaps for Medicaid/CHIP IT applications. You will collaborate with product managers and release teams to translate policies into backlog items and roadmaps, guiding technical analysis and ensuring alignment with program goals.

The role requires engagement with business users and vendors, plus active participation in PI planning and backlog refinement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field.
• Experience in agile environments and product management practices.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/CHIP program context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roadmapping to develop product backlog with HHSC stakeholders.
• Document risk factors, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Support vendor discovery and define enabler stories and wireframes.
• Mentor and guide other Medicaid/CHIP teams on implementation.
• Provide QA-related input for enhancements and milestones.
