Mandal Buick GMC, a family-owned dealership serving D'Iberville and surrounding areas, is seeking a results-driven sales consultant. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the sales process, becoming the go-to expert on our vehicle lineup.

You will maintain strong communication, follow up on leads, and help customers choose the right vehicle while delivering a positive buying experience. We value energy, teamwork, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet and guide clients on the lot to initiate the sales process.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Identify vehicles that best match customer wants and needs.
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle expert.
• Explain vehicle features and delivery options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfills their wants and needs.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature.
• Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model.
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
