This entry-level retail role focuses on customer interactions, excellent service, and helping the store meet sales goals while growing your skills in fashion, comfort, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn about product offerings.
• Store Operations: Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties: Handle payments accurately and ensure customers have a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to create an inviting store environment reflecting the Skechers brand.
