Job summary

Skechers is hiring a Sales Associate at our Texas location. This entry-level role, also known as a Product Specialist, focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
