Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn about our product offerings.
• Store Operations: Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain an inviting store environment.
