Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and creates an exceptional Toyota experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Personalizes every guest interaction including leads, inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-ins; assists with test drives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge across the Toyota lineup to answer questions effectively.
• Stays informed on new vehicles, features, and accessories and communicates benefits clearly.
• Coordinates and delivers vehicles upon completion of the purchase process, ensuring premium delivery.
• Assists guests with troubleshooting Toyota technology and vehicle features.
• Participates in required product training to stay current with brand features.
